ADA PRADHAMAN || ADA PAYASAM


INGREDIENTS
Ada - 200 g
Jaggery - 500 g smashed
Milk - 1 liter (full fat) - 4 cups
Cardamom - powder of 3
Ghee - 2 tbsp
Cashews - 10-15 fried in ghee
Sliced coconut - 2 tbsp fried in ghee
Water - 2 liters (8 cups)


METHOD
1. Boil 1 liter of water, add ada and mix with spoon. After 2 minutes strain the water
2. Now clean ada in cold / normal water
3. Again boil 1 liter water and 1 liter milk, add ada and mix well for 30 mins until the mixture becomes 3/4th
4. Now add jaggery, mix well until it melts and mix for another 10-15 mins
5. Add fried cashews and coconut, cardamon powder and serve the Ada Pradhman hot or cold.
