CHOCOLATE BROWNIE || MICROWAVE BAKING


INGREDIENTS
All purpose flour - 1 cup
Baking powder - 1 tsp
Eggs - 2
Vanilla extract - 1 tsp
Powdered sugar - 1 cup
Walnuts - 1/2 cup chopped
Dark cooking chocolate - 100 g smashed
Butter - 90 g


METHOD
1. Sieve all purpose flour, baking powder together and keep aside - dry mix
2. Beat egg well, add vanilla extract and mix. Add sugar slowly to it, beat well and keep aside - wet mix
3. Melt butter and chocolate together in microwave for 30 minutes, mix well to make a paste and keep aside
4. Add dry mix to wet mix and mix gently
5. Add chocolate mix to this and beat well, add walnuts and mix
6. Pour the cake mix in a greased baking tray and microwave in high for 7-8 minutes until skewer comes out clean in the middle
