VEGETABLE PATTY || POTATO PATTY


INGREDIENTS
Potato - 2 big boiled and smashed
Palak - 2 bunches, blanched, strained and chopped finely
Grated ginger - 1 tbsp
Grated ginger - 1 tbsp
Green chilly - 1 chopped
Cumin powder - 2 tsp
Salt to taste
Corn flour/All purpose flour - optional for coating


METHOD
1. Mix all the above ingredients. Wet your palm and make equal sized patties.
2. If sticky, roll it over corn flour/ all purpose flour.
3. Shallow fry in oil until golden brown

NOTE: Palak can be replaced with any other vegetable
